After folks have a posterior total hip surgery, they are told not to bend down toward their feet. Most people can follow that direction, but then how are they going to put their pants on, and take their pants off? How are they going to take off their socks and shoes. Well...I have the solution, with the use of a long handled reacher, and not just any reacher, one that has a tab on it. When selecting a reacher, the ones with the tabs can help take the shoe and the sock off the heal. This would be my recommendation when selecting a reacher.
